A shocking sighting of an honest to goodness paperback book in Snell library has sent Northeastern students into a frenzy, and left many wondering what thrilling campus improvements are coming next to Northeastern. On Tuesday, students crowded into Snell Library, many skipping classes just to see this rare event. Perched atop a small table on the 3rd floor, a single copy of “Computer Science for Dummies” has become somewhat of a campus celebrity.

The Trusty Husky secured an interview with local sophomore Cie Wards, who first spotted the elusive library book. “At first, I just thought someone had forgotten their book at the library, but I noticed day after day that the same book was just sitting there. It had to be deliberate, right?” Wards’ inquiries to the library only confirmed that what she had witnessed was true. News of the book spread like wildfire through campus, and as of publication, campus authorities had announced plans to purchase a second book.
